Living Apostolic in San Antonio

The Official Blog of Alamo City Apostolic Church

Changes, changes…

Well, friends…

It’s been awhile since I updated the blog. My excuse this time is the same as last time: too much to do, too little time. But it looks like life is getting ready to take on a bit more normalcy in the near future, so maybe I can get back to blogging a bit more frequently.

It would probably be a good idea to bring you up to speed on what’s been happening at Alamo City Apostolic Church since I wrote the last update…well, let’s just say “some time ago.” 🙂

Perhaps the most exciting news is that God has given us a permanent place of worship! In February, we were blessed to purchase a church building on right at 1.5 acres of property. The location is phenomenal: just off of Culebra Road and Loop 1604, just a couple of miles from Sea World. We’ve been crazy busy fixing up our new house of worship, and the beautiful thing is that God has graced our services with an extraordinary visitation of His presence.

Meanwhile, things are on the move spiritually. God is raising up an awesome crop of young ministers, Bible studies are under way, and a steady stream of new visitors is making its way to the church and into the altars. Our youth group is on fire. God is on the move!!

Other changes include the way we’re making recorded messages available. Instead of accessing them here, from the blog, you may now listen right from our church website, Visit the home page and select the “Sermon Archives” link.

We’d love to have you come by and visit us! Go to for a map and service times. Meanwhile, let me remind you…

We’re still a one-God, Apostolic, tongue-talking, holy-rolling, holiness-loving bunch of born-again, heaven-bound believers in the liberating power of Jesus’ Name (shout out to my friend Bro. Appleton!).

See you Sunday!
